Quick answer — Target does not run one storewide activewear sale. Checking its own product search for sports bras, leggings, yoga pants and running shorts on Sept. 29 turned up 10 women's items marked down, from 15% off a $30 legging to 69% off a $36 Jockey sports bra. Most of the cuts sit in the 15%-to-32% range; two items, the Jockey bra and a New York Laundry flare pant, are deeper. This is a search-sample read, not a full-catalog count like our Baleaf or POPFLEX trackers.

How many Target activewear items are actually marked down right now?

We queried Target's own public search API for four categories — sports bras, leggings, yoga pants and running shorts — and counted how many results showed a current price below their listed price. This is the first time we've read Target this way for this page, so there is no prior count to compare against yet.

The running-shorts sample turned up one markdown, a men's style, so we found zero discounted women's running shorts in that batch. That does not mean none exist storewide — only that they were not in the top 24 results our search returned.

Which Target sports bra and legging deals are the biggest?

Are these markdowns a full-catalog sweep or just a search sample?

Just a sample, and that is an important difference from how we read Baleaf, POPFLEX, Girlfriend Collective and Senita for this site. For those four, we pull every product and every size-and-colour variant from the brand's own public feed — 10,900 variants for Baleaf, for example. Target does not publish an equivalent open feed, so this page reads the first page of results (24 items) that Target's own search returns for each keyword. A different keyword, or Target's search ranking changing, would turn up a different set of items. We'll say so plainly each time we update this page rather than imply it's a full count.

How does a marked-down Target legging compare with Bubblelime's regular price?

For context, not as a claim that one beats the other: Bubblelime's own site sells a comparable High Waist Straight Leg Yoga Legging (29″–35″ inseam, tummy control) at $41.98, not on sale, with most sizes in stock, read from its own product feed at 1:31 a.m. ET on Sept. 29. Target's marked-down All in Motion 7/8 legging above is $25.50, and even the full-length Anna-Kaci or generic yoga pants at $29.99 to $46.20 land on both sides of that $41.98. These are different fits and fabrics, not the same product, so treat this as a price range, not a swap-in comparison.

Were Amazon and Walmart checked for the same items?

No, not this run. Our usual second and third price points — camelcamelcamel for Amazon history and a Walmart search — were both unavailable today: camelcamelcamel's bot-verification page did not clear, and Walmart's search continues to block automated checks the way it has on prior reads. We are not guessing at what those would show. If a future update gets through, we'll add a cross-retailer table here rather than leave the gap silently.

Is a Target percentage-off badge showing a real cut?

We can't yet say for any of these ten, because this is our first read of Target for this page and we have no earlier list price on file to check against.
